We do not accept orders for overseas shipping.

B. By ELTA if it is a hard-to-reach area
The ordered products, if available, are delivered in 1-2 working days. In any case, if external factors affect the delivery time of our products to you (strikes, weather phenomena, pandemics, etc.), you will be informed without delay of the estimated delivery time. In the event that the shipping address is designated as a hard-to-reach area by the GENERAL POST OFFICE, the shipment will be made by mail,
and the delivery time depends on the particular circumstances.
RETURN POLICY:
Product returns are NOT ACCEPTED on all items such as underwear & toys.
The buyer should confirm the quantity and condition of the goods upon delivery. If any goods are defective, they must inform “E. KAZEROU – A. PARASYRIS O.E.” within 10 days of their receipt. If the purchased product is indeed defective and this fact is proven and confirmed, “E. KAZEROU – A. PARASYRIS O.E.” can either repair it, replace it or refund the purchase money. If no update is made within the above period of 10 days, it is considered that the order has been accepted.
In any case, only returns of unused merchandise in their original condition and packaging, which will be accompanied by the relevant documents, are accepted. Return shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.
